ROUSSAS WINE – RED WINE
On Mt. Othrys, the land of the mythic Titans, on a slope called Vrachos rock in Greek, we grow organically two international varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
The blend matures in oak barrels, develops a subtler and mellower palate and reaches a deep ruby color with distinctive notes of vanilla, a little black fruit and a sweetly seductive mouth.
ROUSSAS WINE – WHITE WINE
Malagousia, a native Greek varietal, recently rescued from extinction and prized for its fruity aromas and intense, complex palate, is blended with Chardonnay from the Roussas vineyard. The synergy produces this elegant, full bodied wine of medium acidity and exciting aromas with a long finish of exotic fruits.
